WACO MARGARITA FESTIVAL IS AN ALL AGES EVENT!

WHAT TIME DOES IT START AND END:

Gates will open at 4:00pm.
The event and music will end around 11:00pm.

WHAT KIND OF TICKETS ARE THERE FOR THE EVENT:

VIP - Access to the VIP Party Tent and private bar and restrooms
GA - General Admission

WHEN DO TICKETS GO ON SALE:
Tickets are on sale now.

WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE AT THE GATE:
YES, BUT SAVE $$ AND BUY IN ADVANCE.
Tickets will be available at the gate and you can pay with cash or credit card.

WILL VIP TICKETS BE AVAILABLE AT THE GATE:
Yes, if not sold out in advance. Limited seats are available and advance purchase is highly recommended.

DO KIDS NEED TICKETS:
12 and under are free when with parents.

ARE CHAIRS AND TENTS ALLOWED?
Chairs are allowed, but please pay attention to the “No Chairs Beyond This Point” signs in front of the main stage.
Tents are not allowed.

CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Yes, but they must be on a leash. If not on a leash or being aggressive you will be asked to remove the dog from the grounds.

CONCESSIONS:
WHAT ARE THE BEVERAGE OPTIONS?
There will be a limited full bar liquors to choose from.
All bars will accept cash or card.

WHAT ARE THE FOOD OPTIONS?
Information is coming soon.

Each vendor may accept different kinds of payment.

TRANSPORTATION:
IS THERE ADA PARKING ON SITE?
Waco Margarita Fest does Provide ADA Parking On Site.  We also provide ADA seating. 


WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET THERE?
We recommend the use of ride share services such as Lyft and Uber.  

RIDE SHARING AND DROP OFF LOCATIONS:
If you are using a ride share service, please use 311 Austin Ave, Waco, TX 76701 as the address for your destination.

WHAT OTHER OPTIONS BESIDES DRIVING IS THERE TO GET TO BUDA MARGARITA SALSA FEST?
There are many ways to get to Waco Margarita Fest.
We strongly encourage the use of ride share and will have a designated ride share pick up and drop off location on site. Suggested ride share services are Uber and Lyft.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO PARK?
There is plenty of free parking.

MERCHANDISE:
WHAT KIND OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE AVAILABLE?
We will have Waco Margarita Fest event t-shirts, hats, event posters and koozies available for sale at the Merchandise Tent.
There will be vendors selling items such as cowboy hats, boots, jewelry etc. Performing bands will have their merchandise as well.

SHADE:
WILL THERE BE SHADED AREAS AVAILABLE?
We have arranged for a large tent that will provide shade along with tables and chairs.

We highly suggest bringing your ID, Credit/Debit cards and cash.
There will be ATMs on site.
Select food and merchandise vendors will be accepting credit cards.
Sunscreen, collapsible chairs (allowed in designated areas, blankets, and cameras.
Dogs are allowed on a leash at all times.  If a dog becomes aggressive in any way the staff will reserve the right to ask anyone to leave with their pet.  No refunds will be given.
